		<description><![CDATA[Ok, this may sound a bit strange, but it works perfect in a normal oven, so It probally will in the clay oven as well.
Take a can of beer - drink half of it (no problem so far) put lots of herbs into the rest of the beer in the can (rosemary, thyme a.s.o.). And then you take the can and stuff it up the chickens .... no let me put it another way, you take the chiken and slide it over the can, so it looks like it&#039;s sitting with the can inside. It looks really funny, but the taste is superb. The beer and the herbs give so much damp and flavor into the chicken while cooking... and well, don&#039;t drink the rest of the beer afterwards ;0)]]></description>
